7. Reimbursement Policy

7.1 Legal Services

Clients may request to reschedule a booked legal consultation at least 48 hours before the appointment. If you cancel or postpone fewer than 48 hours in advance, the fee for the scheduled time will be fully charged. Fees paid for completed work or issued opinion letters are non-reimbursable due to the professional nature of those services and time commitment.

7.2 Information Products

Digital guides and templates may be eligible for reimbursement within 14 days of purchase if download or access has not yet occurred. To request reimbursement, please contact us via Contact Form. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

7.3 Physical Products

Printed workbooks and toolkits may be sent back within 14 days of delivery in original condition. To initiate this process, use our Contact Form. Once we receive the item, we will arrange shipment back to you and process reimbursement within 15 business days.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Havence shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to these terms or services provided.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
